Bay & Bow

Bay and bow windows make any room feel larger, broaden your view and welcome in more light. Bay windows have three panels and offer a more pronounced, angular projection. Bow windows have four or more panels allowing for a more gentle, rounded appearance. They can be made with any combination of picture, double hung, and casement windows.

Awning

Awning windows are hinged on the top and open outward from the bottom with an easy to use crank operation. They allow for ventilation and protection from the rain.

Casement

Casement windows offer the unobstructed view of picture windows, but with the benefit of opening for air circulation. They are hinged on the side and swing outward with an easy to use crank operation.

Double Hung

Double hung windows consist of two operable sashes. Both sashes can open at the same time for more air circulation and they tilt in for easy cleaning from inside your home. Since double hung windows do not open outward, they are ideal for rooms near shrubs, trees, walkways, and patios.

Double Slider

Double slider windows create more air circulation since both sashes open and close by gliding to the left or right. Since double sliders do not open outward, they are ideal for rooms near shrubs, trees, walkways, and patios. To accommodate the double acting sashes, double sliders require a deeper frame than single sliders.

Egress Hinge

With the egress hinge, the sash is fixed to the corner of the frame, which maximizes net opening and used in fire-code situations.

Standard Hinge

The standard hinge enables the sash to pull away from the corner of the frame, allowing the outside of the unit to be cleaned from the inside.

Casement Operator

Optional solid ¼” stainless steel sash dead bolt provides added security.

True Action Lock

The True Action Lock locks automatically when the sash is closed so you don’t have to worry about locking your windows manually.
